If you would like to secure my services for your wedding day, please complete the booking form below. Dates are booked on a daily basis so it is vital that you please check your date is currently available before completing the booking form. In addition to the form, a booking fee of £300 is also required to secure the date. This can be paid by bank transfer to Kevin Watkins, sort code 60-83-71 and account number 18269105.
Please note that I am unable to hold a date provisionally, therefore all dates are considered available until such time as the booking form and the required fee have been received and confirmed.
The following is a list of standard terms and conditions provided in the interests of both the CLIENT (yourselves) and the VIDEOGRAPHER (Kevin Watkins and his associates). Please read and accept these terms before placing your booking.
BOOKING FEE - The purpose of the booking fee is to secure the VIDEOGRAPHER for a particular time and date therefore cannot be refunded or transferred in the event of cancellation or postponement by the CLIENT, unless the date is subsequently re-booked by another couple.
PAYMENT TERMS - The booking fee is due at the time of booking. Full payment of the remaining balance is required no later than 28 days before the wedding. Package prices are fixed at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION BY THE VIDEOGRAPHER - In the unlikely event that the VIDEOGRAPHER is forced to cancel this contract for reasons beyond control, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid to date.
ATTENDANCE - In the unlikely event that the VIDEOGRAPHER is unable to attend (i.e. due to serious illness or injury), every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement. If this is not possible for any reason, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid to date.
COPYRIGHT - The ‘1988 copyright, designs & patents act’ assigns the copyright to the VIDEOGRAPHER. It is understood that unless agreed otherwise in writing any footage taken under this contract may on occasions be used for advertising, display, competition or any other purposes thought proper by the VIDEOGRAPHER without compensation or liability to the contracting party.
USAGE RIGHTS - The finished film is provided to the CLIENT for personal use only.
BACKUP AND STORAGE - It is agreed that it is the sole responsibility of the CLIENT to backup and store the supplied film for the future. No liability can be held for loss or damage to video files following safe delivery to the CLIENT.
MUSIC - Royalty free music is included and fully licensed. Copyrighted music cannot be used.
ARTISTIC LICENCE - It is agreed that the VIDEOGRAPHER shall be granted full creative and artistic licence.
CHURCH PERMISSION - The CLIENT must ensure that recording is permitted and inform the VIDEOGRAPHER of any restrictions or limitations in advance. The CLIENT is responsible for any fees charged by the Church if applicable.
